Lately I have been quite free but just didn't have the urge of updating my fulled-with-spider-wed blog.
So before I get into a lazy bummy again, I'm gonna show you guys some of my not-so-boring-but-yet-it's-kinda daily life.
One week ago, my friend Teresa and Lit Shiuan had come to Kajang to stay over at my house. Guess what? Of course for the alluring taste of Satay! But before eating Satay we had something else.
Did some shopping at Tesco. Of course with some cam-whoring as well. :p
At Ichiban Ramen enjoying my Chicken Katsu Don.
And some cam-whoring as usual. We just couldn't help it. :p
Anyhow, we went to the Restaurant Malaysia, our famous Kajang Satay stall, to enjoy the satay.
Seems like my sister was enjoying sipping the coconut water.
After the satay escapade, we went to Ampang hill for enjoying the whole KL night view. Sorry for dragging Lit Shiuan along with us as he had started feeling sleepy already.
On the way back, we stopped by a mamak stall for a drink. While we were chatting along, we heard a car engine sound coming from an old-looking car which stopped by somewhere near to us.
We could hardly see anything inside the car because it was all blurred by air-cond or may be... smoke?!
I even made a joke that the person inside the car was trying to commit suicide by redirecting the running-engine car's exhaust back inside the cabin with a hose.
Mana tau... [Who knows..]
It's true!!
People started to approach the car as some smoke had spread out from the front engine part. The sound of accelerator still continuing and getting louder and louder.
A Malay guy suddenly opened the door.
Guess what... It's UNLOCK!
AND a guy was sitting inside STILL PEDALING on the accelerator! Eventually those Malay guys asked him to come out from the car as the car seems going to explode on anytime but the guy just looking blankly to them.
One of the crowd pulled him out from the car. His body was stiffed when he was pulled out from the car and the lower part of his eyes were black. I think it's a result of inhaling too much gas.
I was standing somewhere distance from the scene, hoping and praying the guy will be alright; at the same time was afraid of ANYTHING that might be happened.
After some time, the guy finally stood up, and sit into the car, and started to accelerate again by pressing on the accelerator!!
I was like... what the hell?!
Anyway, the people started to get a bit nervous again. But after10 seconds, the guy [looked like a late-middle-age] got out from the car, and stopped pressing on the accelerator.
Now you guess what he did on the next seconds?
Let me tell you: He walked to the mamak stall and sat down. Before we could act anything he just ordered a drink!! I guess he needs some drink to cool his mind down.
HE WALKED TO THE STALL AND SIT DOWN LIKE NOTHING HAD HAPPENED BEFORE THAT - AFTER ATTEMPTING TO COMMIT SUICIDE.
Funny?! Oh well it's so awkward!
Anyway, what I'm trying to tell you guys here is: Never ever try to commit suicide. It's not going to solve anything.
======
Have you guys watched Transformers? It's awesome! I've never thought Transformers can be so funny. I thought it's some boring-cars-transformed-into-robots movie. But I was totally wrong. It's far more interesting than I ever imagine.
Before went to the cinema, we stopped by Chili and chatted for 2 hours. 6 of us couldn't stop chatting and making fun of each other. It was the first outing together with Jasmyin [my lovely housemate] and Antoine [a cute French guy from Lille].
Bud Beer? I wished I had one. But all I had was bottomless coke. :(
Here's Antoine. Currently doing internship in our uni. He's got the bluest eyes I've even seen!
Here's Teresa. I wonder what she was looking at?
And of course the cute Jasmyin.
And Billy the Glamorous. Haha.
Lastly, some sweet kisses from my lovely sis.

Walk in line
Keep walking.
You must keep walking,
trying not to get lost in this dark little room.
Standing by yourself,
you couldn't see your hands and fingers.
You moved slowly.
You walked slowly.
Somehow, you saw someone standing at the corner smiling at you.
That's the person you'd been dreaming of.
You ran towards the person that you'd been missing for the whole time.
So fast that you even thought you were a thunder.
But it's too slow although you were a real thunder.
Zzaaaaap!!
He's gone.
He's gone right before you get to hold him,
right before you get to touch him.
You were wondering," Where he could have been?"
No one could answer it but yourself.
He's gone..
He's gone now.
Of course I know.
I will try my best to walk in line.
And not to get lost again.
Not to get lost in you.
Or should I say... not to get lost in your eyes again.
It's a hallucination.
It's a hallucination of having a crush on you.

Hunting for the red
Once upon a time, there was a green creature which looked somewhat like Shrek at the Kingdom of Near Near Somewhere.
He's tiny whiny with the height of 3 inches. [merely]
His name is Keroro. He was hungry so he wanted to hunt some food to eat.
But he couldn't find any. He only eats food with color of red.
So he looked here and there.
Out of a sudden, he noticed a reflection of red behind a giant transparent blue sculpture.
"Oh look!! It's a giant strawberry!"
He relieved.
He then eaten the strawberry for nearly a year.
Then he died - because of food poisoning.
So long goodbye, Keroro.
May you rest in peace.

"Back to study mode"
That's what I'm telling to myself. I got back to campus on Monday and was busying unpacking my stuff. So to my dear readers and fellow bloggers, I was not "admitted" to hospital or somewhat related of that. Just being quite busy few days back so had disappeared from the blogosphere. Thanks for the concerning regarding to my previous post about the "scary porridge". I am fine. Well, for your information, I had porridge again for my dinner on both Monday and Tuesday. HELL, I THINK I HAVE BECOME PHOBIA WITH PORRIDGE ALREADY.
Anyhow, I'm glad that I had something non-porridge today for my dinner. *phew*
Because of missing my dearly sister badly, I'd decided to meet her at One Utama Shopping Centre this evening. So, we drove there. My friend Teresa couldn't join because she's having class on that moment.
So on the way, I'd taken some photos of the sky, without really holding the steering wheel.
You must be shouting "Are you kidding me?". Please don't be surprised by my "super power" or something because the answer is simple - I was not the driver. [well.. hope you get the drift :p ] The driver was Mr. Billy.
I didn't managed to meet up with my sis in the end. But I met Mei Sim. She sings very well and I've gone through her songs [they're stored in her iPod] while we chatting throughout the short meeting session. The songs are awesome! I will get her album in future, for sure! Today is her big day. Wish you have a very Happy Birthday, Mei Sim!
The talented singer cum actress - Mei Sim is on the right. OMG I looked so dark! >.<
Mr. Billy is acting like a grumpy old man.
Shot these photos while on my way back to campus. Guess whose leg is that? Hints: It's guy's legs. [well, obviously it is. So, please stop guessing it's my legs >.< ]
And this? Big hint: It's MY legs. [Now it's not a hint anymore lol]
I love seeing the little bear sitting on the heart-shaped key chain.
More updates soon. :)
Till then!

Big Girls Don't Cry by Fergie
Have you ever had fallen in love with someone /something at the first sight? Well, I've fallen in love with this song at the first time I listened it on the radio - I shivered. I'll shiver when I listen to the song I like. And so I did. I love this song so much but have no idea who the singer is. Now I know. Fergie, you did a great job. Nice lyrics, nice melody, every thing's just nice.
Music Video:
Lyrics of Big Girls Don't Cry:
Da Da Da Da
The smell of your skin lingers on me now
Your probably on your flight back to your home town
I need some shelter of my own protection baby
To be with myself instead of calamity
Peace, Serenity
[CHORUS]
I hope you know, I hope you know
That this has nothing to do with you
It's personal, Myself and I
We've got some straightenin' out to do
And I'm gonna miss you like a child misses their blanket
But I’ve got to get a move on with my life
Its time to be a big girl now
And big girls don't cry
Don't cry
Don't cry
Don't cry
The path that I'm walking
I must go alone
I must take the baby steps until I'm full grown, full grown
Fairy tales don't always have a happy ending, do they
And I foresee the dark ahead if I stay
[CHORUS]
I hope you know, I hope you know
That this has nothing to with you
It's personal, Myself and I
We've got some straightenin' out to do
And I'm gonna miss you like a child misses their blanket
But I've got to get a move on with my life
Its time to be a big girl now
And big girls don't cry
Like the little school mate in the school yard
We'll play jacks and uno cards
I'll be your best friend and you'll be mine
Valentine
Yes you can hold my hand if you want to
Cause I want to hold yours too
Well be playmates and lovers and share our secret worlds
But its time for me to go home
Its getting late, dark outside
I need to be with myself instead of calamity
Peace, Serenity
[CHORUS]
I hope you know, I hope you know
That this has nothing to do with you
It's personal, Myself and I
We've got some straightenin' out to do
And I'm gonna miss you like a child misses their blanket
But I've got to get a move on with my life
Its time to be a big girl now
And big girls don't cry
Don't cry
Don't cry
Don't cry
La Da Da Da Da Da
I wished I was a big girl and didn't cry, too.

After some MIA...
Time flies. It's been a week since I last updated something in this blog. Not that I don't want to write anything here or just being supremely lazy, but it's impossible for me to come online on the past week as I went to Johor Bahru & Singapore since last Thursday. That was an unexpected trip. Will be going there next time with Teresa, definitely. (I proooomise you, Teresa :p ) After spending days there, I got back to home yesterday afternoon. Was too bored to stay at home so I had decided to pay my buddy a visit at Johor Bahru (JB). For those who hasn't heard of JB, it's actually the 2nd biggest city in Malaysia which is situated at the southern part of peninsular Malaysia.
I had only decided to go there by myself last minute on last Thursday. Went there on Friday early morning by taking bus and train and etc. That was my first getaway by my own so I was feeling pretty excited on that moment. Carrying a big camera bag and a luggage on the same mention it was peak hours as people were rushing to work. Anyway, I managed to get a bus right after I reached the bus station. Vroooom... JB, here I came! Reached there after 4 hours then waited for one and half hour for him because he was having some facial treatment with Yikki. Let me show you Yikki with facial musk on. (hopefully he's not reading this :/ )
According to Billy, I had tried most of the "significant" foods available in JB. First day I had iced kacang with chocolate topping, rojak, and also some fried taufu-pok (the ingredients of it are much likely with bean curd) . I must say the fried taufu-pok was yummy! It stuffed with cucumber and you should dip it in the chili sos before eating it.
This is the rojak that I was mentioning. It looks quite disgusting but it's yummy! There's peanuts in the sos. :))
For the iced kacang chocolate lover, you can add the chocolate topping as much as you want - if you are a chocolate lover, you'll definitely love this.
After settling down at Billy's home, we then headed to his secondary school (Foon Yew High School) for "sight-seeing" since we got nothing to do.
One of the building in Foon Yew High School with the sculpture of Confucious in the middle.
I was playing around with B&W (black & white).
Me carrying my camera bag.
I even asked Billy to jump because I have a thing for shooting jumping motion. And so he did. -_-"
This.
And these.
All I can say is he's got talent in jumping with different styles and excellent expression. Don't you agree?? (I'm gonna get killed by him for posting these up :/ )
After some cam whoring, we then headed to City Square. The popiah I had at a small street near City Square was heavenly. This picture was taken when the uncle was making the popiah.
Anyway, we had steamboat for our dinner with Yikki, May, and some of their friends. Went to Danga Bay after having our dinner. It's beautiful. Met Sukki after that and had supper at Ayub. The tosai was awesome, I gotta tell you.
Second day we had bah kut teh for lunch. It's different from the bah kut teh I had back in KL. I liked it pretty much. Went to a bar late at night with the gang. It was a wonderful night - had smoothies and wine, too. Was feeling tipsy after drinking some wine - I was lame, huh. Anyway, we spent our night in Sukki's house as her family had gone to Melaka. Got shocked by the amount of mattress in her house. :p
After woke up in afternoon, we then headed to Don Sushi. It was darn cheap as we had ordered curry katsu don, agedashi tofu, tempura moriawasen, ten zaru soba, zaru soba, salmon sushi, ebiko sushi, tamago sushi and 3 icecream -- all for RM90 only! :)) Headed back to Sukki's house and she made a lovely latte. Well, I wished I know how to make a latte without burning down the kitchen. Okay, just forget it and accept the fact that I am bad in cooking or just simply engaging in activities related with kitchen. =.=
After drinking latte and eating some green apple dipped with whipped cream, we then fetched Sukki to work. Had some kueh-teoh-chai for dinner. It's hard to describe what it is but it's quite nice. After having dinner, Billy, Yikki and I headed to TGI Fridays for nachos. Sukki joined us after finishing her work. We were planning to go somewhere else but some bad things had happened so we went back after that. Hope everything is alright now.
Went to Singapore on Monday. Shit I couldn't get my money out from atm machine. Luckily Billy lend me some. Singapore is a nice city with fresh air (much fresher than the air in Malaysia - just compare the air of busy streets in Bukit Bintang and Orchard Road), nice car (almost 99% of the car is dust-free), good transport system (much more convenience and always sticks with schedules).
Anyway bought some stuff and spent some money on eating. I had takoyaki at Bugis, beard papa, fish porridge, Ben & Jerry at Vivo City, cheesy hotdog from GoGo in Takashimaya, the Ultimate from Coffeebean, and yam pie from Burger King. Cool.
We spent 2 hours sitting at the Coffeebean in Orchard Road, just day-dreaming there. The photo below was taken in front of the Paragon at Orchard Road. Err.. sorry for the overexposure.
I got to tell you how mad we were - we walked all the way from Orchard Road to Bugis. I think we'd walked for at least half an hour. My leg was swollen but heck, it was fun.
At least it was pretty fun by looking at some people who's acting like a weirdo, rite? :p
The above pictures were taken at outside of the Singapore Arts Museum. The first picture is an art piece of Ju Ming, called Living World. Keropok Man from Singapore Daily Photo had posted a photo of it with some interesting narratives on the other day, too. Whereas for the second picture, I have no idea with the name of the sculpture.
We met Sukki and Yikki after got back to JB and had supper at a mamak stall. Had mee rebus and grilled chicken wings (marinated with chili powder). They were delicious!! This was the last night I spent in JB. I had a great time with all of them. :))
The next morning, I had beef noodles soup and duck meat for breakfast. It's yummylicious! I miss it already. In fact, I miss the foods in JB already. They are drooling over me now.
And now I'm praying so hard to God - please don't put me on weight lol.
p/s: anyone who's reading this pls help me to do an easy survey which is situated on the sidebar. (look at the right side of my blog) Thank you so much! :)

Helpless
I am helpless. Why? Just imagine:
- Your laptop got infected by virus and you were so worried that all of your files will be gone.
- Luckily your friend had offered to help you to reformat it again.
- You've got back your babe at last, hopping here and there cause finally you can come online and upload photos and blogging and photoshop-ing.
- And imagine if you were sitting in Starbucks, enjoying the hot latte added with cinnamon powder when you had gotten back your laptop, but your laptop was EMPTY without photoshop, softwares, MSN messenger and etc....
- You yell.
- But it doesn't helps after all.
So I'm sorry for lack in updates. A lot of photos are stacking up in my camera. I couldn't open it with my laptop as my laptop couldn't recognise RAW file and my photoshop has gone. Gotta install it all over again.
Grrr.. It's torturing!!
More extra hot latte, please.

Yawning
I'm yawning while sitting here spending time to update my long-abadoned blog. Having lazing around at home reading books and other amazing blogs, I am so faineant to write anything here. But looking back to the time I worked as a part-timer in a bookfair, I realised I gotta jot down my precious experiece of working before I forgetting any of them. I'm going to "reveal" the unseen site of the working environment to you.
To wake up so early in the morning on the first day of working, says, 6.30am, was pretty torturing. My commute took me around one hour to my working place at Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre. Sometimes I waited half an hour for the commuter because it had been delayed. The public transport system in Malaysia is really needed to be improved. A lot of time there's delay /break down here and there.
The first day was the busiest day I've ever had. The crowd kept pouring in like there's crazy sales going on. (Yea, it's that mad!) I was so busy until couldn't answer my friend's phone call and as a result, he waited me for 2 bloody hours! (I am so sorry, my fault.) After handling him some stuff, I continued watching people (some people left straight away without paying the books they'd taken, so I need to watch out them.) and tidying up the books. I've only had my lunch until 4pm. My stomach maybe had gotten numb or something cos I was not feeling hungry at all - how great if I could put this work on my daily diet (I would have been much thinner since then! But guess not!)
Work load was pretty heavy as I need to "pretend" to be busy but actually I was resting at the same time. Okay, I am kidding! Of course I did my job! :p But sometimes we tend to chat with each other without noticing by supervisor because it's just too boring to stand there still alone.
Spotting celebrities is an interesting experience. But I still prefer to spot a writer instead. Oh, I've gotten a signature from a writer whom I always admire the most - she wrote 2 books (彳亍地平线 The Grand Overland Voyage I & II) about her backpacking trip across 18 boundaries and unveiled another side of the world to us. Great pictures were shown all over the books. Her words have brought me to every place that she had been to - It's surreal but the feelings are so true. She backpacked with her another friend, experiencing the exciting journey to different countries without knowing when she will be back to Malaysia. That's called the soul of travelling, I guess. Someday, I will do that too. Not as a tourist, but a traveller.
I've met some new friends too from working - 11 lovely colleagues, a uni student, a young lady who's a beautician, a friendly aunty, 3 photography students, and chatted with some interesting people whom I'd forgotten to ask their name. They are so friendly and some of them even called me up days before - one of them even asked me out for shopping! But sadly I didn't managed to make it because of some unforeseen problem I had.
I've always enjoying making friends; especially those who's having the same hobbies with me. I had some decent conversations with one of the photography students, Hao. We even exchanged msn with each other and chatted everything about photography! I hope I could join them to photo-shooting in future. I'm dying to have my own slr (the slr I used is originally belongs to my sister) and dreaming of joining a photography course.
:((
STOP DREAMING NOW, EMILY - You had spent half of your salary for buying books so now you'd better get your arse off the chair and start cleaning your room!!
p/s: Sorry for the lack of photos. All of the photos are inside my digital camera and it's not with me now. :(

I'm back now after working like a slave for a week. Now I need to ask you guys for a favor - click on the place I've circled on the picture below, on the red /green looking ad which is situated on my sidebar.
Instructions:
1. Look at the right side of my blog ---->>
2. By using the mouse, scroll down further until you see the layout which looks something similar with the picture below.
3. Click on the place I circled on that layout.
4. Answer the 4 simple questions by clicking on the answer chosen.
5. End of survey.
Edit:
Please please please help me to do this survey. Just spend less than one minute to do this survey and you would help me a lot!! :)) I need 50 ppl to answer this survey by the way. If it really worked out finely, it would save my day and perharps my life too. (Sounds too serious though :p)
I will tell you guys what I'm working on after 50 surveys have been done, of course.
More posts after this. :)
