Beauty is a very subjective terms. What is "beauty" in your point of view? Speaking of that, some people tend to compliment the girls/ guys around them, without considering if the thought is really origins from their mind, or just want make them to feel more delighful. And for me, I am not the kind of girl who will feel pleased when someone praised you. I will doubt that if it's happened and there will be quetions and questions floating around my mind, asking myself if that's possibly to be happened. Well, maybe you will have no idea at all cos I will act like the usual bubbly me. And deep inside, I laugh, as louder I could, thinking the person might being sarcastic or whatever. You may say I have a lack in self-confidence. Yes, i admit it. Perharps I have lost it little by little in my daily life. Just like a catastrophe which I couldn't escape from. One day, I will burst off and let myself go. So before that happens, I really need to boost my confidence and start to believe in myself, believe in everything that I want to believe in. And who cares?!
"Oh.. you are really pretty!" "You are prettier than her. No joke." "She's not pretty at all. You are much prettier." This sort of sentences may be running on and off in our daily life. By what means that we must judge a book by its cover? Damnit. And afterall, all of us have a different measurement of ourself on judging whether the person is good looking or not.
Compliment should be used in a right time; but not being over used.
Have you told someone that he/ she is pretty today?
Tell it to the one that you trully care, say it to the one who you think that he/ she is truly beautiful, and speaks your heart out.
"It's beautiful." I mumbled. I'm trying to say the world is so beautiful. At least for now.
